The National Testing Agency (NTA) has finally revealed the rescheduled dates for the highly anticipated UGC NET 2024 and Joint CSIR NET 2024 tests, which is a huge development for lakhs of students. The announcement follows the postponement or cancellation of the initially planned NTA tests because of purported anomalies.
The Ministry of Education cancelled the UGC NET June 2024 exam, which was originally scheduled for June 18, due to worries about a potential paper leak. The exam was rescheduled from June 25 to June 27 because of unforeseen circumstances and logistical problems.

It is important to note that unlike the June session which was conducted offline for the first time, the rescheduled UGC NET exam will revert to the earlier Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. This means the exam will be conducted online over a period of two weeks.
This announcement by NTA brings much-needed relief to the large number of students who were preparing for the UGC NET and CSIR NET exams.
