Does Simone Biles have a child? Fans are speculating about the Olympic gymnast’s impending pregnancy and perhaps her retirement and the rumour mill is in full swing.
“I still can not believe Simone Biles did all of that while being pregnant and injured,” a fan commented on X. A real GOAT.
But let us clear the air: Simone Biles is not carrying a child. The reports are untrue, nothing more.

The rumours about Biles’ pregnancy have not been unfounded before. Although she usually likes to ignore such rumours, in December 2023 she decided to confront similar rumours head-on.
The 27-year-old Olympic gold medallist took to Instagram to reply to messages praising her for what appeared to be a baby bump.
“I hate that I even have to address this,” she began.
“But please stop commenting on this photo or my Instagram in general about me being ‘pregnant.”
Biles, who married Green Bay Packers safety Jonathan Owens in April 2023, made it clear in her post: “I’m not pregnant”.

As for the whispers about her potential retirement, they stem from a cryptic comment she made after winning her second gold medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics on August 1.
Following her victory in the individual all-around competition, Biles joked about needing a break from her Brazilian competitor, Rebeca Andrade, who won silver.
“I don’t wanna compete with Rebeca no more—I’m tired,” Biles quipped to reporters after the competition. “She’s way too close.”

She was heard also saying, “Rebeca can have the next one.”
Could this be a hint that Biles is contemplating retirement? With two gold medals already secured, Biles continues to cement her legacy as one of the greatest gymnasts of all time. So only time will tell.
