She pleaded to God to “take away her pain” and uploaded a screenshot of a spiritual quote on Wednesday, July 10.
The statement that Hina posted on Instagram said, “Only Allah has the power to take away your pain.” With that, the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress added, “Please, Allah, please.”
The actor has been posting updates on her recuperation process on social media on a regular basis. She had earlier shared a video of herself receiving a haircut in preparation for her chemotherapy treatment, along with a message expressing her optimistic view on life despite the illness.
On Saturday, July 6, Hina also shared a series of pictures displaying her chemotherapy scars. Alongside the photos, she wrote, “What do you see in this picture? The scars on my body or the hope in my eyes? The scars are mine; I embrace them with love because they’re the first sign of the progress I deserve. The hope in my eyes reflects my soul; I can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am manifesting my healing. And I am praying for yours too (sic).”
The 36-year-old actor revealed her cancer diagnosis on June 28 via an Instagram post. She wrote that she’s doing everything she can to overcome this disease.
Her note read, “Hello Everyone, To address the recent rumor, I want to share some important news with all the Hinaholics and everyone who loves and cares for me. I have been diagnosed with Stage Three Breast Cancer. Despite this challenging diagnosis, I want to reassure everyone that I am doing well. I am strong, determined, and fully committed to overcoming this disease. My treatment has already begun, and I am ready to do everything necessary to emerge from this even stronger (sic).”
Hina Khan rose to fame by portraying the role of Akshara in the hit TV show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’. She has also participated in TV shows such as ‘Bigg Boss’ and ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’.
