Following the incident, the youngster facing charges appeared before the Juvenile Justice Board, which decided to grant him bail. It instructed him to look up traffic laws at the Regional Transport Office (RTO). In addition, the teenager is expected to submit a 300-word essay about traffic incidents and possible fixes.

According to the police, they will petition a higher court to have the adolescent driver in the collision tried as an adult. In an interview with India Today TV, Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar stated, “We will not leave any stone unturned to prove that this is a heinous crime.”
