An Indian Airforce (IAF) special plane has left for Kochi with the bodies of 45 Indian children who died in the terrible fire in Kuwait.
Minister of State Kirti Vardhan Singh is with the bodies. She worked closely with Kuwaiti officials to make sure the return process went smoothly. “MOS Kirti Vardhan Singh, who coordinated with Kuwaiti authorities to ensure swift repatriation, is onboard the aircraft,” said India in Kuwait.

Three guys from Uttar Pradesh were killed. Their names were Praveen Madhav Singh from Varanasi and Jairam and Angad Gupta from Gorakhpur district.
Dwarikesh Pattanayak, 52, from Medinipur was the only person from West Bengal who died. Dwarikesh put off his planned trip home in April so that he could enjoy his daughter’s birthday during Durga Puja.
The Kuwaiti government is working hard to find out what caused the fire and help the families who were harmed. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has sent his deepest apologies and promised to help those affected by the tragedy in any way he can.
He told his wife Antara and daughter about the news from his company on Thursday. They are shocked. Dwarikesh had worked in Kuwait for twenty years.

Minister of State Kirti Vardhan Singh went to Kuwait on Thursday to make sure that the hurt Indians got the help they needed and to speed up the process of sending the bodies back to India. The bodies of the Kerala victims are scheduled to arrive at Kochi airport on Friday morning. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and other cabinet members will be there to receive the coffins.
