Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani continued their history of organising spectacular pre-wedding ceremonies by selecting a Mediterranean background for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s second pre-wedding party. The pair, who are slated to marry on July 12th, entertained 800 guests on a luxurious three-day cruise from Italy to France.
According to the Times of India, Ambani spent USD 900 million (roughly INR 75,09,39,75,000) on the luxury cruise. Each apartment cost around Rs 60 lakh, and the trip included high-end amenities such as spas, swimming pools, and gyms, among others. The cruise included 600 specialised workers to cater to the passengers, who included Bollywood celebs such as Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani, Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Suhana Khan, Ananya Panday, Shanaya Kapoor, and others.

Mukesh Ambani, the chairman of Reliance and one of India’s wealthiest individuals in the world with a net worth of Rs 9 lakh crore, ensured the guests were given lavish gifts at the event. Mukesh and Nita Ambani also gifted their son Anant Ambani and daughter-in-law Radhika Merchant a luxurious villa in Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, valued at Rs 640 crore, as the Times of India reported.

Mukesh Ambani purchased a beachside villa on Palm Jumeirah for his youngest son, Anant Ambani. Ambani acquired this property for a staggering $80 million (approximately Rs 640 crores), making it the largest-ever residential property deal in Dubai.
As reported by Mint, the deal was finalised in April 2023 through Belleview Real Estate, one of Dubai’s high-end boutique real estate agencies and was said to be among the most expensive buys in Dubai.
