Payal recently uploaded a video to Instagram in which she discussed experiencing harassment and trolling. She disclosed that she had filed a lawsuit and that anyone responsible for her defamation would receive notification shortly.

Payal says she is being threatened, defamed
“Abhi tak trolling chal rahi thi, mujhe koi dikkat nahi hai,” the woman uttered. As soon as you start trolling someone, it is obvious that you are trolling them. Payal takes legal action
Payal continued, “Jo log bhi yeh karate hai na, jo mujhe defame karate hai ya meri family ko defame karate hai unke liye main seedha seedha maan hai ka case daalne aayi hoon (Those who are defaming me and my family, I’ve come here to file defamation case against them).”

“Ab jo bhi hoga ko khud bhugatna padega kyuki aap hi log karrahe hai yeh sab,” Payal continued. Maine naam dediya hai yaha pe. Concerning Payal’s family
While Armaan and his second wife, Kritika Malik, are still residing in the Bigg Boss OTT 3 house, she was removed from the show early.
Following Armaan and Kritika’s recent video, Payal took action.
After JioCinema filed a case in the cyber cell against the phony and manufactured footage of Armaan and Kritika, Payal took the necessary action. “JioCinema adheres to strict programming standards and guidelines to ensure quality and appropriateness of any content that streams on our platform,” the company stated in a statement. Such content was not available on JioCinema for Bigg Boss OTT streaming.”
Additionally, it stated, “The video footage that is circulating is phony and has been altered to contain profanity. We are dedicated to preserving JioCinema’s integrity as well as the faith that our audience has in us. It is quite concerning that this phony video was made and is being shared.
