Lok Sabha Election Result 2024: As the votes are being counted, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) seems to be losing unexpectedly in some Hindi-speaking states, including Uttar Pradesh, which is the most important state nationally. Based on how people voted, the Election Commission says that the BJP and the Samajwadi Party were tied for first place in Uttar Pradesh, which has 80 Lok Sabha seats.
At 11:05 a.m., the EC numbers showed that the BJP had 35 seats, the SP had 34, and the opposition INDIA bloc group had 42 seats.
The BJP got 62 seats in the state in 2019. Their number of seats was five.
Narendra Modi and Rajnath Singh are two well-known leaders who have a large lead over their opponents. Akhilesh Yadav, the leader of the Samajwadi Party, and his wife, Dimple Yadav, are running as Congress candidates in Kannauj and Mainpuri, and Rahul Gandhi and Kishori Lal Sharma are running in Rae Bareli and Amethi.

In the seats of Meerut and Mathura, BJP candidates Arun Govil and Hema Malini did better than their opponents.
Brij Bhushan, who used to be the head of the Wrestling Federation of India, has given his son Karan Bhushan Singh 40,449 more votes than SP’s Bhagat Ram in Kaiserganj.
Awadhesh Prasad of the SP is ahead by 5,326 votes in the Faizabad seat in the Ayodhya district, where Lallu Singh is running for the BJP.
Haryana
When it came to Haryana, the BJP was behind the Congress, which had four seats and the BJP had six.
Rajasthan
Eight seats were held by the Congress, while 14 were held by the BJP.
Bihar
The alliance of the BJP, JD(U), and LJP(R) looked strong in Bihar compared to the union of the RJD, Congress, and the Left.

The EC figures showed that the party in power was ahead in 31 of the 40 seats it had. They got 39 seats in 2019 elections.
